Details & Policies

Deposit Requirement
A deposit is required to reserve all rentals. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due prior to or at the time of delivery unless otherwise agreed upon.
Weather Policy
All rentals are rain or shine. We do not offer refunds or rescheduling due to weather changes. For safety reasons, we may delay or cancel setup in severe weather conditions such as high winds, lightning, or unsafe storm conditions. In these cases, credit or rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.
Rental Timeframes
All-Weekend rentals follow the standard schedule:
Drop-off: Saturday at 9:00 AM
Pick-up: Sunday at 5:00 PM
All equipment must be ready and accessible at pickup time.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring a safe setup area, including clear space free of hazards such as sharp objects, pets, or debris. Any damage to equipment caused during the rental period may result in additional charges.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in advance. Deposit refunds may not be available depending on timing and preparation costs already incurred.
Safety Rules
All inflatables must be used under adult supervision at all times. No flips, rough play, or unsafe use is allowed.
